Deut
6:6-9
6 "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.
7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk
of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when
you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign
on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9
You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your
gates.
NKJV
Deut 6:5
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all
your soul, and with all your strength.

"That Christ May Dwell In Your Hearts By
Faith" Rev.
Joseph J. Duvall D. D.
Goodies for Living
God has
graciously allowed me to catch a glimpse into his heart, and I want
to share with you what I've seen. Today the heart of God is an
open wound of love. He aches over our distance and
preoccupation. He mourns that we do not draw near to him.
He grieves that we have forgotten him. He weeps over our
obsession with muchness and manyness. He longs for our
presence.
And he is
inviting you----and me----to come home, to come home to where we
belong, to come home to that for which we were created. His
arms are stretched out wide to receive us. His heart is
enlarged to take us in.
Richard Foster
We Are
prepared to serve the Lord only by sacrifice. We are fit for the
work of God only when we have wept over it, prayed about it, and
then we are enabled by Him to tackle the job needed to be done.
May God
give us hearts that bleed, eyes that are wide open to see, minds
that are clear to interpret God's purposes, wills that are obedient,
and a determination that is utterly unflinching as we set about the
tasks He would have us to do.

PRAY FOR OUR NATION'S
LEADERS
The anti-Christ spirit
which has gripped our nation
is causing everything in our nation and
even the universe to be
out of harmony resulting in radical
weather patterns which will intensify in the near future. This is one of "the signs"
which has always preceded
God's judgment on His people.......giving a chance to repent. KNOW
THE SIGNS!
"Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky (predict the
weather) but you cannot discern the signs of the times!"
The Bible Matthew 16:3
We need to pray daily for
the repentance of our nation and a release
of the bondage which has
been placed upon it and us by the
Godless decisions of those in
leadership.

2 Chron 7:14
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and
pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I
hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
KJV
BUT IF WE FORGET
THE GOD OF OUR FATHERS..........
Deut 28:49-52
49 "The LORD will bring a distant nation against you from the end of the
earth, and it will swoop down on you like an eagle. It is a nation whose
language you do not understand, 50 a fierce and heartless nation that
shows no respect for the old and no pity for the young. 51 Its armies
will devour your livestock and crops, and you will starve to death. They
will leave you no grain, new wine, olive oil, calves, or lambs, bringing
about your destruction. 52 They will lay siege to your cities until all
the fortified walls in your land — the walls you trusted to protect you
— are knocked down. They will attack all the towns in the land the LORD
your God has given you.
Deut 28:43-44 The foreigners living among you will become stronger
and stronger, while you become weaker and weaker. 44 They will lend
money to you, not you to them. They will be the head, and you will be
the tail! NLT
Deut 28:32
32 Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people,

Isaiah 32: 17 "The
fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will

test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His
commandments or not. NKJV

An Old Farmer's Advice:
* Your fences need to be horse-high,
pig-tight and bull-strong.
* Keep skunks and bankers and lawyers at a
distance.
* Life is simpler when you plow around the
stump.
* A bumble bee is considerably faster than a
John Deere tractor.
* Words that soak into your ears are
whispered...not yelled.
* Meanness don't jes' happen overnight.
* Forgive your enemies. It messes up their
heads.
* Do not corner something that you know is
meaner than you.
* It don't take a very big person to carry a
grudge.
* You cannot unsay a cruel word.
* Every path has a few puddles.
* When you wallow with pigs, expect to get
dirty.
* The best sermons are lived, not preached.
* Most of the stuff people worry about ain't
never gonna happen anyway.
* Don't judge folks by their relatives.
* Remember that silence is sometimes the
best answer.
* Live a good, honorable life. Then when you
get older and think back, you'll enjoy it a
second time.
* Don't interfere with somethin' that ain't
botherin' you none.
* Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of
a rain dance.
* If you find yourself in a hole, the first
thing to do is stop diggin'.
* Sometimes you get, and sometimes you get
got.
* The biggest troublemaker you'll probably
ever have to deal with, watches you from the
mirror every mornin'."
* Always drink upstream from the herd.
* Good judgment comes from experience, and a
lotta that comes from bad judgment.
* Lettin' the cat outta the bag is a whole
lot easier than puttin' it back in.
* If you get to thinkin' you're a person of
some influence, try orderin' somebody else's
dog around.
* Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply.
Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God.
The secret of success is to start from
scratch and keep on scratchin'.
He who stops at third base to
congratulate himself will never score a home run.
Choose a good reputation over great
riches, for being held in high esteem is better
than having silver or
gold.
True humility and fear of the
Lord
lead to riches, honor and long life. --
Proverbs 22: 1, 4
Never forget that people will judge
you by your actions, not your intentions. You
may have a heart of gold,
but so does a hard boiled egg.
It is always unwise
to cast your valuables in the pig pen, Likewise, don't share your
revelation of God's majesty or the mysteries of the universe before the
unlearned,
foolish and ungodly. They'll both turn on you and kill
you with their actions.
